Expansion Helps Company Capitalize on Local Market Growth, Despite Industry Challenges
PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Radian Guaranty Inc., a provider of mortgage insurance products and services and subsidiary of Radian Group Inc. (NYSE:
RDN - News), today announced that the company has increased its field sales force by about 30% to date.
“Despite a challenging mortgage market, Radian is seeing growth, particularly on the local level,” said Mike Dziuba, senior vice president of field sales at Radian. “As a result, we are working to build our sales force, and to staff growing areas with solid, experienced mortgage professionals.”
Radian recently continued expansion of its sales force with the addition of 11 new account managers. The new hires bring significant mortgage banking, as well as mortgage insurance experience, and join a team of professionals strategically located throughout the U.S.
New sales force members include Cathrine Black, Nicholas Costas, Brian Frame, Paul Gawin, Tracy Green, Bonnie Kamaris, Lynda Kirkman, Lynn Koscher, Rita McTigue, Gary Simmons and Steve Thornley. Each will be responsible for new account development and maintaining relationships with current clients in their respective territories.
Dziuba also notes that Radian has plans for additional growth on both the local and national levels that will enable the company to continue providing superior customer service, while meeting growing client demand.
