A quick 20-50% Gain...

Hey guys,
I don't expect anyone here to be a mind reader or anything, but I have a little cash and want to dump it all on something hold it maybe a day or so and cash out. hopefully with a 15-30% gain... Anyone have some good suggestions?

You don't want to "dump all your cash" on anything. Ever.

If you do, expect to lose it.

Smart money management is very important if you want to invest/trade in the stock market bro.

Considering your exuberance, I would personally recommend that you NEVER invest more than 2-3 percent of your money into anything until you have spent a lot more time in the game (even when that happens, 3-5 percent total investment is always a good idea).

That'd be my 2 cents, anyway.

agree with Dave. If you want those kind of returns you are talking about taking big risks.

Here are two ideas with high risks:

IVN - mongolia gold mine - UBS just raised its target price

CPTC - very volatile wind / graphite based high efficiency power line business. Could go belly up or could rocket 100%.

Use mad money to play with these.

Not knowing what type of trader you are. I did not know if you took advantage of the symbol. I posted this morning. The only problem is I cannot remember, if it was on the chat board or on this board.

The stock had a good pullback from its breakout to the downside. It also had a good downtrend from the high of the pullback. I think it pulled back to around 43, and then dropped to around 39. Did you see the symbol? cannot remember if I've posted it on the chat board or this board . Will take a look and see.

Anyway the symbol was --- HURN ---, I am also not sure if I posted to the board quick enough.
