Hi gary, thanks for your input, its very optimistic for my future.

However, i do not sit in front of my computer looking for trade opps 250 days a year because i lack the time as most people do (im currently studying).
Therefore i have a different approach than a 1/2% daily gain (that commissions would eat up given my current brokers fee).

I prefer to invest in risky position but with possible rewards that are stellar.
I am talking about 4 to 20 baggers.

There is alot of speculation involved but along with the other private board i am in (aheadoftheherd) we work togheter to minimize the risk on such investments. Patience is key in these play though.

As soon as some capital will be available to me a will start a trading position using the contribution of these boards as a support.

Best of luck and opportunism to all in their investing !

Johnny

JohnnyG, I didn't mean to imply that my little scenario's were the only methods to the solution. I certainly don't know anyone's personal finances and wouldn't want too. I was just showing a simple approach. There are as many different ways to increase someone's equity as there are people. I understand most of us working folks and/or students don't have the time to devote as someone that is a full time trader. Your multi bagger approach is interesting and worth discussion.

I certainly don't won't to come off sounding like a know-it-all, because I am not. I have made more than my fair share of mistakes during my lifetime. I was just trying to keep the topic going on what I think is an interesting subject.

I like your train of thought Montreal!

Is this the same Jesse Livermore who's first wife left him, made and lost fortunes at least twice and who married some gal who's previous 3 husbands had comitted suicide before finally comitted suicide himself?

Let me guess, you want to marry more women than he did, right? hehehe

Well, I did say OUTperform.

Preferably while avoiding some of that downside.
