I do not think it is going to have any effect at all at the stock market. The effect can be seen long term if the economy improves under this program and we start seeing our nation come out of this deficit we are now. It is only to roll back tax cuts to the wealthiest and have more money to cover up the spending and the deficit. We have to pay the deficit now, then , later but it has to be pay.
