Boreal Water Collection Inc. Is an Affiliate of "Les Sources Saint-Elie"

MONTREAL--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 7, 2008 -- Canadian Blue Gold Inc. (Other OTC:CBGC.PK - News) today announced that the Merger Agreement with Boreal Water Collection Inc. has been approved by the regulatory authorities. The merger is effective immediately and the new corporate websites are: Untitled Document and Source Saint Elie.
