mrkt opened into green territory into the opening bell prompted by Wal-Mart's third q reporting, topping consensus estimates by $0.02 cents and also influenced by traders conviction that the actual oversold mrkt aspect is baseless.

Minor new highs for S&P 500 +25.94/Dow +233, Nas 100 +61.46/Comp +59.12 hovering just under afternoon highs.

A slight pickup in buying interest pushes the major indices near their best levels of the session. Crude continues to plummet, currently $90.59p/b -4.03 -4.45%.

The stock market continues to the upside but most importantly while sustaining ....Dow up 257 Points, Naz +70.96...highest levels for the session...glad for a change to see advancers in full control firmly claiming breadth.
