A U.S. International Trade Commission judge issued an initial determination in favor of Nokia Corp. (NOK) in a patent infringement case with InterDigital, Inc. (IDCC). The judge for the case found no infringement by Nokia on four of IDCC’s patents. InterDigital filed a complaint with the ITC alleging that Nokia had engaged in unfair trade practices.
