Gary Shilling, of A Gary Shilling & Co., was on TechTicker this morning and his outlook on the economy was as bearish as ever. Shilling thinks the government will launch a second stimulus by the third or forth quarter, since the first one isn’t working. He sees the possibility of deflation in the system becoming chronic for the next 10 years. And lastly, Mr. Shilling thinks “the stock market will crash again, with the S&P dropping 35% to 600.”
