In the following video, Yale economist Robert Shiller addresses the CRE segment ; noting it looks bad for the near future because of the same forces that are operating on residential investments. Professor Shiller also discusses the current real estate market conditions and says this is not the time to buy single family homes. I guess Prof. Shiller’s pessimism categorically cancels the notion the housing market is starting to hit bottom.
