IBM Sued by SEC for Alleged Bribes of China

Bloomberg reports that International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) has been sued by the U.S. SEC for allegedly giving cash and gifts to officials in China and South Korea from 1998 through 2009 in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The lawsuit was filed today in Washington.
