Japan PM Kan Urges Evacuation Around Fukushima Daiichi Plant

Japan prime minister Naoto Kan warned early Tuesday that the possibility of leakage is increasing. He urged people living within 20 km of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant to evacuate the area as radioactive levels have become high around the nuclear plant, while advising those living 30 km of nuclear plant to stay indoors. – Reuters/CNBC
