• Marriott International (NYSE:MAR) announced Q4 EPS of $0.39, above the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.36 per share. Revenues for the quarter rose 5.9% to $3.60 billion, topping the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.78 billion

• Green Mountain Coffee Roaster Inc. (NASDAQ:GMCR) shares rose 6.7% amid reports of possible partnership negotiations with Starbucks Corp

• Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings Inc.’s (NASDAQ:AAWW) shares rose after the cargo carrier projected better 2011 earnings topping the Street’s estimates

• Needham & Co. downgraded AXT Inc (NASDAQ:AXTI) to hold from buy rating

• Clorox Co. (NYSE:CLX) shares fell after UBS downgraded the stock to neutral from buy rating
