Camera maker Eastman Kodak Co’s (NYSE:EK) shares declined 13% after the U.S trade Commission judge ruled against the patent claim made by the company against Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:RIMM)
