NYC Comptroller Asks Siemens AG to Cut Relations from U.S. Chamber of Commerce

Business Insider reports that Siemens AG (SI), Europe’s largest engineering company, has been called upon by John Liu, NYC’s comptroller to cut all relations to the US Chamber of Commerce. In the letter to Siemen’s CEO, Peter Loscher, the comptroller asks for the firm to retract its membership from the world’s largest business federation at the company’s annual meeting that is scheduled to meet tomorrow.
