Funds are flowing to the emerging markets and share prices suddenly over valued in relation to the PE. Very soon a bubble is going to bust in EM, which will happen along with another event i.e the Dollar Collapse in early 2010. Chinese are not going to wait any further to pull their money from the US Treasuries and the Dollar will collapse. The Best place to invest with a one year horizon is in Gold and Gold Mining Companies. Oil will crash along with the US Dollar (US Consumes around 50% of the Oil) as the buying power of US to import oil will go down.
