The median sales price for existing single-family homes rose year/year in 100 out of 155 metropolitan areas tracked in the April-to-June quarter, the National Association of Realtors said Wednesday. The national median existing single-family price was $176,900 in the second quarter, up 1.5% from $174,200 in the same period of 2009. – NAR
