Charlie Munger has told the WSJ that “in my mind, it is a foregone conclusion” that Chinese investor and a student leader of the Tiananmen Square protests Li Lu will become one of Berkshire Hathaway’s top decision makers on investments. Mr. Li’s emergence as a contender to oversee Berkshire’s empire is the first time a name has been identified to fill the investment part of Warren Buffett’s legendary role.
