Home Prices Increase 1.3% in May

Home prices rose in May for the second straight month, posting a 1.3 percent increase in May from April. Data through May 2010, released today by Standard & Poor’s for its S&P/Case-Shiller1 Home Price Indices, show that the S&P Case-Shiller 10-city home price index edged up by 1.2% in May versus April, while the 20-city index increased by 1.3%.- S&P
