Consumer Sentiment Sinks to 66.5 in July

U.S. consumer sentiment fell in early July to its lowest in 11 months, according to the first reading of the Reuters/University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment data released Friday. The index plummeted to 66.5 from 76.0 in June.
