Yingli Green Energy (YGE) target raised at Barclays from $11 to $14. Barclays is raising its 2010 EPS estimate to $1.20, well above the $0.83 consensus. For 2011, Barclays also lifts its estimate to $1.05, vs. $0.88 consensus.
