Mark Rachesky, a former chief investment adviser to billionaire Carl Icahn, revealed Wednesday in a filing with the SEC that he has increased his stake in Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (LGF) to 23.2 million shares, or 19.999%. Rachesky is in talks to have a representative placed on the company’s board.
