Ken Lewis, chief executive of Bank of America (BAC), said on Thursday at the Boston College Chief Executive Club – the bank was profitable for the first two months of 2009 and that he expected it to generate more than $100 billion in revenue for the year, and nearly $50 billion in pre-tax, pre-provision earnings.
