Wholesale used vehicle prices (on a mix, mileage, and seasonally adjusted basis) increased significantly again in February (suggesting buyers have switched from new to used vehicles). Seasonally adjusted, February’s rise was 3.7%, which came on the heels of a 3.8% increase in January.
