NY Attorney General Sues Ivy Firm, Ex-Officers Over Madoff Investments

The New York Attorney General on Tuesday filed a civil suit against Ivy Asset Management and two of its former senior officers, claiming they learned a series of “disturbing facts” about Bernard Madoff’s investment firm but “hid the truth” from clients whom they advised about investing with Mr. Madoff – WSJ
