Dow up 400 Points as Wall Street cheers EU/IMF move

Financial markets went parabolic across the globe Monday after the EU/IMF leaders agreed on an unprecedented $1 Trillion rescue package to back European nations hit by debt. US stocks jumped at the open, with the Dow up over 400 points, The S&P 500 rose nearly 50 points, and the Nasdaq printed to 2,369, up 104 points.
