U.S. commercial property prices by institutional investors posted their steepest quarterly fall in 22 years, according to an index developed since FY1984 by the MIT Center for Real Estate. The transaction-based index, fell 10.6% in the 4Q surpassing the record fall of 9% seen in Q4 FY1987.
