U.K., German governments to cut ties with Goldman Sachs

U.K., German politicians call on governments to cut ties with Goldman Sachs. U.K. Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg, said on Tuesday that Goldman “should now be suspended in its role as one of the advisers to the government until these allegations are properly looked into.”

“We should let the business relationship with [Goldman] rest until the allegations are cleared up,” lawmaker Frank Schäffler of Germany’s Free Democratic Party, part of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s governing coalition, told German newspaper Handelsblatt on Tuesday.  Mr. Schäffler’s office confirmed the comment – WSJ

  1. People should cut ties with them in any event .
    There is too much smoke around this mess and there is nothing that would convince me otherwise.
    I will never , ever put another dime in the markets even if i lose out on this RIGGED GAME
    WE ARE BEING SCREWED AND THE SCREWING IS FINANCED BY US VIA OUR ” REPRESENTATIVES” IN WASHINGTON THRU AIG. SHAME.
