The Securities and Exchange Commission will continue to “vigorously pursue” its charges against Bank of America over disclosure of bonuses to employees of Merrill Lynch, SEC Enforcement Director Robert Khuzami told a House panel examining the bank’s acquisition of Merrill last December.
