The Treasury Dept. sold $44 billion in 2-year notes on Monday at a yield of 0.802%. Bidders offered $3.16 for every dollar of debt being sold, compared to an average of $3.07 at the last four auctions. Indirect bidders bought 44.5% of the sale, versus an average of 43% at the last four monthly sales.
