		<description>Unemployment is indeed more important to Americans than healthcare reform.  But, Obamacare will only add to unemployment by costing another 500,000 jobs!  In my industry, medical sales, we have already lost 20,000 jobs in medical sales this year as medical suppliers prepare for life after reform.  It will get worse if reform passes.</description>
