Notable Downgrades: 3D Systems (DDD), Twitter (TWTR), Red Hat (RHT), CVR Refining (CVRR)

3D Systems Corporation (DDD) was reiterated a ‘Sell’ by UBS analysts on Tuesday. The broker also cut its price target on the stock to $6 from $9.

On valuation measures, 3D Systems Corp. stock it’s trading at a forward P/E multiple of 28.38x. The t-12-month revenue at 3D Systems is $670.24 million. DDD ‘s ROE for the same period is (4.5%).

Shares of the $823.77 million market cap company are down 76.62% year-over-year and 19.68% since the beginning of the year.

3D Systems Corp., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $11.00 and a high target of $14.00, rose $0.37 to $7.35 in recent trading.

Twitter, Inc. (TWTR) was reiterated as ‘Neutral’ with a $19 from $30 price target on Tuesday by Nomura.

Shares have traded today between $16.51 and $17.45 with the price of the stock fluctuating between $15.48 to $53.49 over the last 52 weeks.

Shares of Twitter have gained $0.11 to $17.13 in midday trading on Tuesday, giving it a market cap of roughly $11.70 billion. The stock traded as high as $53.49 in April 8, 2015.

BofA/Merrill (BAC) reported on Tuesday that they have lowered their rating for Red Hat, Inc. (RHT). The firm has downgraded RHT from ‘Buy’ to ‘Neutral’.

Red Hat Inc. recently traded at $71.31, a loss of $0.63 over Monday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $13.02 billion.

CVR Refining, LP (CVRR) had its rating lowered from ‘Neutral’ to ‘Sell’ by analysts at Goldman (GS) on Tuesday.

Currently there is one analyst that rates CVRR a ‘Buy’, no analysts rate it a ‘Sell’, and 7 rate it a ‘Hold’.

CVRR was down $0.66 at $16.09 in midday trade, moving within a 52-week range of $15.11 to $22.74. The name, valued at $2.47 billion, opened at $15.85.

On valuation measures, CVR Refining L.P. shares are currently priced at 8.13x this year’s forecasted earnings. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 0.43. EPS for the same period registers at $2.06.

As for passive income investors, the company pays stockholders $4.04 per share annually in dividends, yielding 23.25%.
