Notable Downgrades: Autodesk (ADSK), CyberArk Software (CYBR), Textura (TXTR), Jazz Pharma (JAZZ), Medivation (MDVN)

Analysts at Rosenblatt downgraded Autodesk, Inc. (ADSK) from ‘Buy’ to ‘Neutral’ in a research report issued to clients on Tuesday.

The target price for ADSK is lowered from $61 to $54.

CyberArk Software, Ltd. (CYBR) was downgraded from ‘Buy’ to ‘Neutral’ at BofA/Merrill (BAC).

Shares have traded today between $40.26 and $43.15 with the price of the stock fluctuating between $33.00 to $76.35 over the last 52 weeks.

Shares of CYBR have lost $4.31 to $40.47 in mid-day trading on Tuesday, giving it a market cap of roughly $1.28 billion. The stock traded as high as $76.35 in June 18, 2015.

Oppenheimer reported on Tuesday that they have lowered their rating for Textura Corporation (TXTR). The firm has downgraded TXTR from ‘Outperform’ to ‘Perform’.

Textura Corp. recently traded at $23.21, a loss of $6.23 over Monday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $600 million.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals Public Limited Company (JAZZ) had its rating lowered from ‘Buy’ to ‘Neutral’ by analysts at Mizuho on Tuesday. The firm sees shares as fairly valued at $140 from $164, versus $139.99 close. Currently there are 13 analysts that rate JAZZ a ‘Buy’, no analysts rate it a ‘Sell’, and 3 rate it a ‘Hold’.

JAZZ was down $5.68 at $134.32 in mid-day trade, moving within a 52-week range of $117.26 to $194.73. The name, valued at $8.24 billion, opened at $128.53.

Medivation, Inc. (MDVN) was reiterated a ‘Buy’ by Maxim Group analysts on Tuesday. The broker also cut its price target on the stock to $54 from $74.
