Notable Downgrades: Crocs, Inc. (CROX), Illumina (ILMN), GCO Corporation (AGCO), Intersect ENT (XENT), Barracuda Networks (CUDA)

Downgrades

Analysts at Piper Jaffray downgraded Crocs, Inc. (CROX) from ‘Overweight’ to ‘Neutral’ in a research report issued to clients on Thursday.

The target price for CROX is lowered from $17 to $12.

On valuation measures, Crocs Inc. stock it’s trading at a forward P/E multiple of 18.43x this year’s estimated earnings. The t-12-month revenue at Crocs is $1.12 billion. CROX ‘s ROE for the same period is (3.84%).

Shares of the $831.99 million market cap company are up 2.78% year-over-year and 3.52% year-to-date.

Crocs Inc., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $16.50 and a high target of $19.00, dropped $1.79 to $11.14 in recent trading.

Illumina Inc. (ILMN) was downgraded from ‘Outperform’ to ‘Market Perform’ at Leerink Partners.

Shares have traded today between $156.59 and $168.60 with the price of the stock fluctuating between $145.12 to $242.37 over the last 52 weeks.

Illumina Inc. shares are currently changing hands at 47.93x this year’s forecasted earnings. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 12.28. EPS for the same period registers at $3.28.

Shares of Illumina have lost $18.80 to $157.02 in mid-day trading on Thursday, giving it a market cap of roughly $23 billion. The stock traded as high as $242.37 in July 20, 2015.

UBS reported on Thursday that they have lowered their rating for AGCO Corporation (AGCO). The firm has downgraded AGCO from ‘Neutral’ to ‘Sell’ and lowered its price target to $39 from $52.

AGCO Corp. recently traded at $44.04, a loss of $2.59 over Wednesday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $3.84 billion.

As for passive income investors, the company pays shareholders $0.48 per share annually in dividends, yielding 1.05%.

Intersect ENT, Inc. (XENT) was reiterated a ‘Buy’ by Canaccord Genuity analysts on Thursday. The broker however, cut its price target on the stock to $26 from $32, versus $23.40 close. Currently there are 8 analysts that rate XENT a ‘Buy’, no analysts rate it a ‘Sell’.

XENT was down $3.37 at $20.03 in mid-day trade, moving within a 52-week range of $15.06 to $32.85. The name, valued at $560.64 million, opened at $23.13.

Barracuda Networks, Inc. (CUDA) was reiterated as ‘Buy’ with a $42 from $55 price target on Thursday by Topeka Capital Markets.

CUDA closed at $15.58 on Wednesday and is currently trading up $0.18.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of the Campbell, California-based security and storage solutions designer have traded between a low of $14.77 and a high of $46.78 and are now trading at $15.76.

Shares are down 56.53% since the beginning of the year.
