Notable Downgrades: Micron (MU), FireEye, Inc. (FEYE), ARM Holdings (ARMH), Synnex (SNX), Zoetis (ZTS)

Analysts at Mizuho downgraded Micron Technology, Inc. (MU) from ‘Buy‘ to ‘Neutral‘ in a research report issued to clients on Friday.

The target price for MU is lowered from $37 to $30.

On valuation measures, Micron Technology Inc. stock it’s trading at a forward P/E multiple of 5.77x, and at a multiple of 6.02x this year’s estimated earnings. The t-12-month revenue at Micron is $16.95 billion. MU’s ROE for the same period is 33.45%.

Shares of the $21.17 billion market cap company are down 25.73% year-over-year and 31.39% year-to-date.

Micron Technology Inc., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $35.00 and a high target of $50.00, dropped $4.44 to $19.57 in recent trading.

FireEye, Inc. (FEYE) was downgraded from ‘Overweight‘ to ‘Equal Weight‘ at Barclays. The firm however, raised its PT on the name to $56 from $47.

Shares of the cybersecurity solutions provider have traded today between $48.37 and $50.84 with the price of the stock fluctuating between $24.81 to $55.33 over the last 52 weeks.

FEYE has lost $2.96 to $48.65 in midday trading on Friday, giving it a market cap of roughly $7.60 billion. The stock traded as high as $55.33 in June 18, 2015.

Bernstein reported on Friday that they have lowered their rating for ARM Holdings plc (ARMH). The firm has downgraded ARMH from ‘Market Perform‘ to ‘Underperform‘.

ARM Holdings PLC ADS recently traded at $50.97, a loss of $2.89 over Thursday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $23.92 billion.

As for passive income investors, the company pays shareholders $0.42 per share annually in dividends, yielding 0.80%. Five year average dividend yield currently stands at 0.40%.

Synnex Corp. (SNX) had its rating lowered from ‘Buy‘ to ‘Outperform‘ by analysts at Credit Agricole on Friday. Currently there are 6 analysts that rate SNX a ‘Buy‘, vs. 4 rating it a ‘Hold‘.

SNX was down $6.85 at $75.49 in midday trade, moving within a 52-week range of $59.27 to $85.25. The name, valued at $2.98 billion, opened at $73.40.

On valuation measures, Sunnex Corp. shares are currently priced at 15.93x this year’s forecasted earnings. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 0.23. EPS for the same period registers at $4.74.

Zoetis Inc. (ZTS) was downgraded by BMO Capital Markets from an ‘Outperform‘ rating to a ‘Market Perform‘ rating in a research report issued to clients on Friday. They currently have a $57 price objective on the stock.

ZTS closed at $55.38 on Thursday and is currently trading down $6.53.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of Florham Park, New Jersey.-based co. have traded between a low of $31.67 and a high of $55.38 and are now trading at $48.85. Shares are up 72.42% year-over-year and 29.17% year-to-date.
