Notable Downgrades: Radius (RDUS), KapStone Paper & Packaging Corp (KS), Priceline (PCLN), FireEye (FEYE), Polycom (PLCM)

Analysts at Maxim Group downgraded Radius Health, Inc. (RDUS) from ‘Buy‘ to ‘Hold‘ in a research report issued to clients on Monday.

Shares of the $2.37 billion market cap company are up 583.37% year-over-year and 54.20% year-to-date. Radius Health Inc., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $70.00 and a high target of $76.00, rose $2.58 to $62.582 in recent trading.

KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (KS) was downgraded from ‘Outperform‘ to ‘Neutral‘ at Macquarie.

Shares have traded today between $24.75 and $27.00 with the price of the stock fluctuating between $23.55 to $35.88 over the last 52 weeks.

KapStone Paper & Packaging Corp. shares are currently changing hands at 15.01x this year’s forecasted earnings, compared to the industry’s 21.56x earnings multiple. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 1.13. EPS for the same period registers at $1.70.

Shares of KS have lost $1.39 to $25.51 in midday trading on Monday, giving it a market cap of $2.46 billion. The stock traded as high as $35.88 in February 23, 2015.

Deutsche Bank (DB) reported on Monday that they have lowered their rating for The Priceline Group Inc. (PCLN). The firm has downgraded PCLN from ‘Buy‘ to ‘Hold‘ and lowered its price target to $1325 from $1425.

Priceline Group Inc. recently traded at $1,148.54, a loss of $9.92 over Friday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $59.54 billion.

FireEye, Inc. (FEYE) was downgraded to ‘Neutral’ from ‘Buy’  by UBS’ Brent Thill. The analyst cited the stock’s 70% rally year-to-date. Hill, however, raised his FEYE PT by five points to $55 a share.

FEYE shares recently lost $1.72 to $51.93. The stock is up more than 42% year-over-year and has gained roughly 69% year-to-date. In the past 52 weeks, shares of Milpitas, California-based company have traded between a low of $24.81 and a high of $55.33.

FireEye, Inc. closed Friday at $53.65. The name has a current market cap of $8.12 billion.

Polycom, Inc. (PLCM) was downgraded to ‘Underperform’ from ‘Market Perform’ at William Blair.

Shares of PLCM were down $1.31 at $11.55 in midday trade, moving within a 52-week range of $10.33 to $14.22. The name, valued at $1.56 billion, opened at $12.28.

On valuation measures, Polycom Inc. shares are currently priced at 24.37x this year’s forecasted earnings. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 1.29. EPS for the same period registers at $0.47.
