Analysts at Barclays downgraded Twitter, Inc. (TWTR) from ‘Overweight‘ to ‘Equal Weight‘ in a research report issued to clients on Wednesday.

The target price for TWTR is lowered from $60 to $44, implying 27% expected downside.

On valuation measures, Twitter Inc. stock it’s trading at a forward P/E multiple of 48.02x. The t-12-month revenue at Twitter is $1.40 billion. TWTR ‘s ROE for the same period is (17.57%).

Shares of the $25.36 billion market cap company are up 3.78% year-over-year and 17.84% year-to-date.

Twitter Inc., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $52.00 and a high target of $67.00, dropped $3.52 to $38.75 in recent trading.

Stratasys Ltd. (SSYS) was downgraded from ‘Buy‘ to ‘Neutral‘ at Goldman (GS).

Stratasys Ltd. shares have a t-12 price/sales ratio of 3.48. EPS for the same period registers at ($2.39).

Shares of SSYS have lost $11.34 to $39.96 in mid-day trading on Wednesday, giving it a market cap of roughly $2 billion. The stock traded as high as $130.83 in Sept. 18, 2014.

Susquehanna reported on Wednesday that they have lowered their rating for Wynn Resorts Ltd. (WYNN). The firm has downgraded WYNN from ‘Positive‘ to ‘Neutral‘.

Wynn Resorts Ltd. recently traded at $108.89, a loss of $21.59 over Tuesday’s closing price. The name has a current market cap of $11.06 billion.

As for passive income investors, the company pays shareholders $6.00 per share annually in dividends, yielding 4.60%. Five year average dividend yield currently stands at 2.10%.

Novadaq Technologies Inc. (NVDQ) was reiterated a ‘Buy’ by Stifel analysts on Wednesday. The broker however, cut its price target on the stock to $16 from $19, versus $12.47 close. Currently there are 10 analysts that rate NVDQ a ‘Buy‘ vs. 1 rating it a ‘Sell‘.

NVDQ was down $1.84 at $10.63 in mid-day trade, moving within a 52-week range of $10.35 to $18.24. The name, valued at $593.92 million, opened at $11.27.

On valuation measures, Novadaq Technologies Inc. shares have a t-12 price/sales ratio of 16.09. EPS for the same period registers at ($0.44).

Western Digital Corporation (WDC) was reiterated as ‘Buy’ with a $125 from $140 price target on Wednesday by Stifel.

Western Digital printed a higher than average trading volume with the issue trading 3.36 million shares, compared to the average volume of 2.05 million. The stock began trading this morning at $94.43 to currently trade 1.50% lower from the prior days close of $97.90. On an intraday basis it has gotten as low as $93.84 and as high as $96.95.

WDC shares are currently priced at 14.92x this year’s forecasted earnings, which makes them inexpensive compared to the industry’s 28.38x earnings multiple. The company’s current year and next year EPS growth estimates stand at 0.70% and 6.30% compared to the industry growth rates of (1.80%) and 3.00%, respectively. WDC has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 1.49. EPS for the same period registers at $6.46.

WDC’s shares have advanced 6.15% in the last 4 weeks and 0.82% in the past three months. Over the past 5 trading sessions the stock has lost 1.79%. Shares of Western Digital Corporation are down 11.08% this year.
