Notable Downgrades: FXCM Inc. (FXCM), iDreamSky Technology (DSKY), Anadarko Petroleum (APC), Nike (NKE)

Analysts at Keefe Bruyette downgraded FXCM Inc. (FXCM) from ‘Market Perform’ to ‘Underperform’ in a research report issued to clients on Monday.

On valuation measures, FXCM Inc. stock it’s trading at a forward P/E multiple of 6.86x, and at a multiple of 6.15x this year’s estimated earnings. The t-12-month revenue at FXCM Inc. is $464.47 million. FXCM ‘s ROE for the same period is 3.07%.

Shares of the $114.89 million market cap company are down 83.26% year-over-year and 84.43% year-to-date.

FXCM Inc., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $1.75 and a high target of $19.00, dropped $0.18 to $2.39 in recent trading.

iDreamSky Technology Limited (DSKY) was downgraded from ‘Buy‘ to ‘Hold‘ at Stifel.

iDreamSky Technology Ltd. shares currently have a t-12 price/sales ratio of 7.20. EPS for the same period registers at ($2.49).

Shares of DSKY have lost $3.07 to $7.75 in mid-day trading on Monday, giving it a market cap of roughly $328.00 million. The stock traded as high as $25.95 in Sept. 8, 2014.

Argus reported on Monday that they have lowered their Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC) price target to $100 from $120 based on their lower EPS forecast. The firm believes the reduction reflects the company’s substantial base of reserve assets, which management should be able to develop or monetize.

Anadarko Petroleum recently traded at $79.46, a gain of $1.04 over Friday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $40.26 billion.

As for passive income investors, the Woodlands, Texas-based firm pays shareholders $1.08 per share annually in dividends, yielding 1.40%. Five year average dividend yield currently stands at 0.70%.

Nike, Inc. (NKE) had its price target lowered by Janney analysts on Monday. The broker cut its 12-month case base estimate on the stock to $100 from $107 versus $95.81 close, saying they are cautious on the name heading into the third-quarter based on consensus estimates that appear too high as well as guidance that likely comes in below market expectations. Currently there are 19 analysts that rate NKE a ‘Buy’, no analyst rates it a ‘Sell’, and 11 rate it a ‘Hold’.

NKE was up $0.51 at $96.32 in mid-day trade, moving within a 52-week range of $70.60 to $99.76. The name, valued at $83.21 billion, opened at $96.20.

On valuation measures, Nike Inc. shares are currently priced at 28.68x this year’s forecasted earnings. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 2.78. EPS for the same period registers at $3.36.

As for passive income investors, the firm pays stockholders $1.12 per share annually in dividends, yielding 1.20%.
