Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., on Wednesday released a long-awaited health-care reform bill that he says will rein in costs and make it easier for families and businesses to buy coverage. The bill costs $856 billion over 10 years and is fully paid for, Baucus’s office said.
