These Stocks Are Expected to See Active Trade in Monday’s Session

McKesson Corporation (MCK) will report financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2014 on Monday, following the closing bell. The Street is expecting the healthcare services and information tech company to book a profit of $2.39 a share on revenue of $35.86 billion. The reported earnings per share for the same quarter last year was $2.30. “We continue to point to the positive fundamental outlook for the drug distribution industry, and believe several key factors should continue to drive strong growth for McKesson going forward,” JP Morgan (JPM)’s Lisa Gill said  [via MW] in a report.

Shares of McKesson closed at $171.00 on Friday.

Rackspace Hosting Inc. (RAX), the open cloud company, is expected to report first-quarter 2014 results. Analysts project earnings of $0.12 a share, down 37% from a year ago, on revenue of $419.53 million.

Shares of Rackspace closed at $26.28 on Friday.The ticker has plunged more than 35% on a year-over-year basis as new competitive pressures from search giant Google (GOOGL) and Amazon.com (AMZN) continue to intensify in the cloud-computing space.

Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ARNA) is slated to report its first quarter results after market close. Analysts project a loss of ($0.10) per share on revenue of $7.98 million. The reported EPS for the same quarter last year was ($0.09). The t12 revenue at Arena is $81.39 million. The company’s stock, which is up more than 22% ytd, closed at $7.19 on Friday.
