BASEL, Switzerland – European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet on Monday warned policy makers and banks on the price of mishandling the world’s fragile economic recovery risks to a recovery. The ECB president also pointed out that global financial markets “are not yet at a level… that we could consider ‘normal’.” [WSJ]
